Dream Date: 6-16-2010
I was sitting on a bed and I knew I had to die. Also on the bed was a wooden old fashioned coffin ... something like you would find in a Dracula movie. Somehow the cover of the coffin came off. I thought there was no pillow or blanket in the coffin. There was a thin sheet folded at the foot of the coffin.
I knew I had to get into this coffin and I was thinking, how am I going to do it.
Then I was thinking maybe someone could drug me or knock me out and put me in the coffin.
Then I thought I had to say goodbye to my mother.

At the time of this dream, you knew that you were going to go through a change and were contemplating how you would do it.
It’s up to you to identify that change. It may be that you need to change the way you think—upgrading out-of-date thoughts, re-evaluating the way you see a situation, approaching life with an entirely different attitude. It could be changing your identity and becoming completely new.
There are two things to consider when it comes to changing. The first thing is to release the old you by letting go. The second thing, which is very important to releasing who you were, is to place your attention on who you are becoming. Based on your dream, it will help you to focus more on that second part, so you have some direction and motivation—so you know what you will do and why. It’s easier to change when you have a clear, positive picture of what you’re changing into.
Connecting with your higher, inner Self will assist you in changing, and based on your dream, you want that connection. It will benefit you to ask yourself, “Who am I? Where have I come from? Where am I going?” You can receive answers to these types of questions by practicing concentration, meditation and visualization.
