Dream Theme: body/health
Dream Date: 4/29/2011
I dreamed that I was biting my tongue and couldn't stop. I wasn't constantly biting my tongue, but my tongue was between my teeth and every couple of seconds or so I was biting my tongue between my front teeth. When I tried physically remove my tongue from between my teeth (by pushing it towards the inside of my mouth) my teeth held firmly to it. The pain was intense and real. When I woke, I thought my tongue would be bleeding because it still hurt, although I found that I had not been biting it. At least I don't think was.

Every person, place, or thing in a dream represents the dreamer, and your dream is about you. your dreams show you your state of mind from the previous day.
There is some way that you are having difficulty with expressing yourself. For example you might have an image in mind and not fully say it because of stumbling on your words or holding back from expressing yourself. Look in waking life to see where over and over you stop yourself from expressing what’s on your mind. Holding back your thoughts so much causes you mental or emotional pain, and it’s not good for you. Make sure you let yourself have a full thought before you censor it or criticize it. It’s important to acknowledge what you think and feel, or else you can’t really control your mind.
It’s important to have a way to express your thoughts and emotions so you know what they are. If you can’t do it with speaking, you can write. It’s good that you can restrain yourself from saying something harmful, but you don’t want to overdo it. As you express yourself more freely and think complete thoughts, you’ll have a lot more freedom to learn and change.
