Self Evaluation
What is your level of experience?
Examine the four categories described below and determine the one that most accurately describes your dreaming pattern. This information will be used in your application to participate
|
| Level I Participants: Infrequent Dreamers |
Level I Participants: Infrequent Dreamers want to participate and be counted in the study in the simplest way possible. Email us noting Level I participation.
Helpful hints: Remembering dreams is a function of attention. The more completely you give your attention, engaging all the physical senses, the more you will recall your dreams. Dreaming is both a reenergization function to aid in rejuvenating mind and body for the new day and a feedback system that can tell you about the state of your health, prosperity, well-being, and peace of mind. We hope your participation in the GLOBAL LUCID DREAMING EXPERIMENT is a beginning in Self awareness for you.

| Level II Participants: Occasional Dreamers |
Level II Participants: Occasional Dreamers remember dreams occasionally, some of which may be lucid, often from childhood years. Email us noting Level II participation.
Helpful hints: People lose the ability for lucid dreaming when the people, places, and things in their physical waking life become more important than the purposes, intent, and discoveries available in the inner mind. If you consider yourself among these ranks you probably got there by allowing what was occurring in your physical life between the ages of 14 and 28 to overtake your desire to know yourself. As a result you have missed opportunities for Self growth. One of these is losing your ability for lucid dreaming.
This can be rectified. You can move forward in your understanding of consciousness. It may have been years since you’ve ridden a bicycle but once you are on and rolling, it all comes back. The same will be true in your quest for lucid dreaming.
To begin, establish your desire to remember your dreams. Recalling dreams is a valuable preparatory step toward lucid dreaming.
|
| Level III Participants: Frequent Dreamers |
Level III Participants: Frequent Dreamers remember dreaming throughout their lives, sometimes lucid. Email us noting Level III participation.
Helpful hints: Many people report that their first lucid dream ranks among one of the most wonderful experiences of their lives. One woman says it both paralleled and excelled the birth of her children. This leads people to want to be able to continue the experiences and further their developments.
Left to their own devices, however most do not progress beyond a basic level of lucidity. The initial excitement wears off, and lucid dreaming becomes infrequent.
You can learn how to consciously harmonize with your inner, subconscious mind through meditation. Practicing ever-deepening stillness affords you ample time to be present and awake in the dream state. A person in this level of dreaming benefits from daily practice of the reverie state of mind.
|
| Level IV Participants: Lucid Dreamers |
Level IV Participants: Dreamers who frequently experience dreamstates, both lucid and subconscious messages. Email us noting Level IV participation.
Helpful hints: You will bring a needed perspective to our study since there is a high probability of experiencing a lucid dream during the experiment. Follow your own routine in sleeping, dreaming, and lucidly dreaming.
