LUCIDITY FACTOR

            Level 4

DREAM REPORT

1.    I awakened at 4:15 a.m. and couldn't really remember a dream, but remembered an image almost like a snapshot of a busy outdoor market in a foreign country, perhaps India.

I then practiced the breathing exercise to try to induce conscious sleep, which I haven't attempted in years. I also programmed myself to have a lucid dream and recall it, and to wake up at 8:00 am Central Time.

I heard myself snoring and awakened at 6:15, and again could only recall one image. The image was on a white background, and there was some sort of energy being present. It had no distinguishable features, just the shape of a body in a filmy, white gown that was floor length and kind of floated around the body. The body seemed to emanate bright light.

I went back to sleep and awoke again at 7:20, because I could hear myself snoring. The only image I could recall was an image of two human eyes looking at me, but the image looked more like a painting than a real set of eyes looking at me.

I had set the alarm for 8:00 am before I went to bed, and when it awakened me, the only image I could recall was several dolphins swimming in clear, blue water.

DREAM STATE

" These weren't full dreams, just an image I could recall each time I awakened.

" Not really lucid dreams. I was conscious of being in the dream image and hearing my body snoring at the same time, which caused me to awaken several times during the night."

This dreamer presents a point worth noting concerning how to become awake in the dreamstate.  Her separation from the physical body becomes the key to awakening in the dream.  In other words, by identifying with mind-action her consciousness is freed from the body.  The body's actions then become a point of awareness for her to awake in her dream.  This same type of awareness of separation can be gained by placing a ticking clock in the room where you are sleeping and training yourself to listen for its ticking as a means of awakening enough to become lucid in a dream.  This can be practiced to improve lucidity.

DREAM CONTENT

 4:15 dream

On the wall in the first floor of the Peace Dome a collage of pictures from India hangs among the peace proclamations.  One of these pictures is of a street marketplace.

6:15

The energy form was a mind experience, not a physical one as there was only one person present in the Peace Dome during this time, a male who worse a cotton shirt and khaki pants.

7:20

Eyes in the Universal Language of Mind represent perception.  Eyes are also the focal point of the Lucid Dreaming CD which was playing in the first floor of the dome.

8:00

The dolphin connection symbolizes spiritual habits affecting the dreamer's everyday experiences.  It is possible that this could be a synchronistic occurrence of resonance between the brain wave patterns produced during this experiment and the brain wave patterns noted in studies concerning dolphins and human interaction.  This will bear further study in the years to come.

"I was so excited about the experiment that I had trouble going to sleep! While attempting to fall asleep, I remember thinking about the experiment and wondering why certain hours had been proscribed for it. Then I wondered if the researchers were projecting images during those hours for the participants to pick up while in the dream state."

No specific thought forms were projected during the course of this experiment.  Care was taken in creating thought forms prior to the experiment.  (See:  How space was created for Level 4 Dreamers to Congregate from INTENTIONAL DREAMING:  COMING TOGETHER IN DREAM SPACE)
