One Third of your Life
- Every dream is about the dreamer.
- Every person, place or thing in the dream is the dreamer.
- Dreams are a universal phenomenon, spoken in the picture language of the mind.
- We sleep in 90 minute cycles, spending about half that time dreaming.
- Each night you may have as many as six or seven dreams.
- By age 60, you will average 175,200 hours sleeping, about 20 years of sleeping.
- By age 60, you will have 197,100 dreams, about 10 years worth of round-the-clock dreaming.
